The Base :

We, the Dolphin Scuba Team, which is a family business, have been operating in Kalkan since 1993 and were the first dive centre to open in the town. Since that time our client list has increased steadily each year. Our satisfied customers usually leave as friends and many also return year after year to dive with us again.

 Our team of friendly and professional staff do everything they can to make your time with us enjoyable and memorable. As with any small business, members of the team 'muck-in' and perform any task that requires doing, even if it is not specifically their job. You will just as easily find the 'boss' doing the cooking at lunch time, as find him 'driving' the boat or instructing new divers...

Our dive guides and instructors are qualified to the highest internationally recognised diving standards, trained in first aid and all are English speaking with a working knowledge of at least one other language.
Whether a novice or experienced diver, we can cater for your specific requirements and all participants in our courses are fully insured.

Kamil Karayazi is a methodical man who gives a first impression of having a very serious nature however, this facade hides the true underlying sense of fun and enjoyment he holds in the job at hand. He is a highly qualified diver and PADI diving instructor, as the quantity of certificates on the office wall will show you!
Yes, Kamil is very serious about safety of the boat, safe diving and ensuring that all customers get quality instruction to a high level. He is however, also concerned that everyone enjoys the day and has a good time. He has a pleasant sense of humour and, watch out for his culinary skills at lunch time, if you want to dive after lunch be careful that you don't eat too much!

Birgit Karayazi is the power behind the administration machine and, the team member that you are likely to come into contact with first. If you want to book a course, arrange some diving whilst you are on holiday in the area or just ask for more information, contact Birgit who will be more than happy to give you all the assistance she can.
